  • How to order on-line (We accept MasterCard or Visa).

  • How to order by postal mail:
    Write your order on a piece of paper (please print or make very clear), enclose a personal check or money order made payable to: Internaturally

  • How to order by telephone:
    You may call our service number 973-697-3552 (USA) to place orders by telephone. 
  • Shipping Charges - Domestic:
    For Internet orders, we use UPS to automatically calculate shipping charges based on product weight.
    For mail and phone orders, we use the following criteria to calculate postage and handling:

  • Videos:
    Postage and handling for VHS tape add $7.50 (US) for the first video and $2.50 (US) for each additional video.  On the web catalog, postage is calculated based on weight. This calculation is for guidance only. Internaturally may ship via UPS or other postal carriers for best customer service.
  • DVDs:
    Postage and handling for DVDs add $6.00 (US) for the first video and $2.50 (US) for each additional DVD.  On the web catalog, postage is calculated based on weight . This calculation is for guidance only. Internaturally may ship via UPS or other postal carriers for best customer service.
  • Magazines:
    Postage and handling for most magazines add $3.00 (US) for the first and $1.50 (US) for each additional DVD.  On the web catalog, postage is calculated based on weight. This calculation is for guidance only. Internaturally may frequently ship via UPS or other postal carriers for best customer service.
  • Books:
    Add required postage (shown under each book's description in catalog) for the first largest book, and only $4.00 (US) for each additional book. On the web catalog, postage is calculated based on weight. This calculation is for guidance only. Internaturally may frequently ship via UPS or other postal carriers for best customer service.
  • Other Items:
    All other items: enclose postage as stated after product description.

  • Shipping Charges - Outside Continental USA:
     

  • Overseas Orders: Triple all postage for air delivery; we do not ship overseas via surface mail. Remit U.S. funds by check, money order, or credit card number (Master Card, Visa) and expiration date.  On the web catalog, postage is calculated based on weight. This calculation is for guidance only. Internaturally may frequently ship via UPS or other postal carriers for best customer service.
  • Canadian Orders: Please make payment via VISA or MasterCard. Checks and M.O. are not accepted from Canadian customers.
  • Optional Charges:
    Please allow 14 working days for personal checks to clear, or add $5.00 (US) for 24-hour check clearance (Order must not exceed $300.00 for 24-hour clearing). For United Parcel Service (UPS) add $22.00 (US) for 2nd day or $40.00 (US) for next day.
  • Back Orders:
    We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. If part of the merchandise you select is out of stock due to unpredictable demands, the out- of-stock item will not delay the rest of your order. For out-of-stock items you will be informed of any delay in shipping over 30 days.
  • Customer Service:
    If you wish to inquire about an order already placed, please call 973-697-3552 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (USA). Monday through Friday. Please have the order date and list of items ordered ready when you call. We are also happy to accept your telephone credit card order. We accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
  • Returns and Exchanges:
    Defective merchandise returned for exchange will receive our prompt attention. Ship parcels via insured mail to:
    Internaturally, PO Box 317, Newfoundland, NJ 07435 (USA). Please use original box and packing materials if in good condition. Returns on defective merchandise are replaced without charge. Returns for other reasons are accepted with a $10 restocking fee if items are in pristine condition. Please return within 30 days. No credits or refunds on returned merchandise. If returning a defective video, please rewind to where the defect begins. Please consider that it takes time for us to receive your merchandise, carefully process your request, and ship the order back to you.
