How to order on-line (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover).
Enter your number of days and date of departure, select your room category. Once your order is placed you shall receive a phone call before any charges are made. Once we confirm your details by phone, your reservations shall be secured, and a travel packet mailed to you.
How to order by telephone:
You may call our Travel line at 973 697-8099 to discuss your travel plans. If you ask for an array of choices, or quite a bit of work on one destination, a $50 deposit will be required, which is applied to the trip you book. If you decide not to purchase a trip, the $50 deposit can be applied to a future trip within one year.

Videos:
Postage and handling for Videos add $7.00 (US) for the first video and $2.50 (US) for each additional video.
DVDs:
Postage and handling for DVDs add $5.00 (US) for the first video and $2.50 (US) for each additional DVD.
Magazines:
Postage and handling for most magazines add $2.50 (US) for the first and $1.00 (US) for each additional DVD.
Books:
Add required postage (shown under each book's description in catalog) for the first largest book, and only $2.50 (US) for each additional book.
Other Items:
All other items: enclose postage as stated after product description.
Shipping Charges - Outside Continental USA:Overseas Orders: Triple all postage for air delivery; we do not ship overseas via surface mail. Remit U.S. funds by check, money order, or credit card number (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover) and expiration date.
Optional Charges:
Please allow 14 working days for personal checks to clear, or add $5.00 (US) for 24-hour check clearance (Order must not exceed $300.00 for 24-hour clearing). For United Parcel Service (UPS) add $18.00 (US) for 2nd day or $28.00 (US) for next day.
Back Orders:
We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. If part of the merchandise you select is out of stock due to unpredictable demands, the out- of-stock item will not delay the rest of your order. For out-of-stock items you will be informed of any delay in shipping over 30 days.

If you wish to inquire about an order already placed, please call 973-697-3552 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (USA), Monday through Friday. Please have the order date and list of items ordered ready when you call. We are also happy to accept your telephone credit card order. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Returns and Exchanges:
Defective merchandise returned for exchange will receive our prompt attention. Ship parcels via insured mail to: Internaturally, Inc., PO Box 317, Newfoundland, NJ 07435 (USA). Please use original box and packing materials if in good condition. Absolutely no returns on any merchandise unless defective and for replacement only with same merchandise. Please return within 30 days. No credits or refunds on returned merchandise. If returning a defective video, please rewind to where the defect begins. Please consider that it takes time for us to receive your merchandise, carefully process your request, and ship the order back to you.Satisfaction Guaranteed:
