Terms and Conditions of Sale

Travel reservations are confirmed, and secured with your credit card or personal check.  Cancellation of reservations is subject to resort cancellation policies and a $50 Internaturally cancellation fee.  Airline cancellations are subject to the terms of the individual airline.

Travel protection insurance is advised for any traveler with dependents, or not in prime health.  If purchased within 10 days of making your initial deposit on any part of your trip, including airfare, the policy will cover "pre-existing conditions", whereas, if you wait to purchase trip protection insurance outside of that 10 day window, you will be paying the same amount for the same coverage LESS any pre-existing conditions in your medical file.  Our agency is happy to clarify any part you do not understand.
     All reservations placed for resorts outside of the U.S.A. are fully pre-paid before departure, except for Club Orient, which requires a one night deposit on your charge card, and the rest is settled at the resort.  
   Internaturally Travel is in no way responsible, and cannot be held accountable, for weather conditions, or cancellations due to weather conditions.  Internaturally can only advise on previous weather patterns and make suggestions as to where weather should be best at the time you plan to travel.
   Internaturally Travel is not responsible for airline change of flights and/or flight schedules.  We are responsible for notifying clients as to schedule changes, prior to departure.  For this reason, we require your cell phone number, or a number where you can be located the week prior to departure.
     Internaturally Travel will offer to register your trip with the American Consulate in the country you wil visit, and/or you may do this by going to
www.travel.gov and entering your personal information and itinerary.
     Internaturally Travel can best solve a problem at the time it happens.  Do not expect recompence once you've returned home, from your vacation, if we did not hear about the problem at the time it happened.  Please always keep our business card with you, on your travels.  If you encounter a problem at a resort, (i.e., no hot water!) you should first make the management aware of your problem.  If it is not solved within a reasonable time (i.e., 24 hours) please call my office and we will speak with the resort about moving you to a better room, and/or monetary recompence.  We work to promote nude vacationing, and expect you to find reasonable assistance at each resort.
